Terms of booking

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following:

At the Brow Retreat we love our work and take pride in our flexible appointment times. We will always do our best to fit you in. Once your slot is booked and paid for, we will honour it, including turning away other clients or declining hours elsewhere. 

For most of our treatments, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking.

Sometimes plans do change unexpectedly, but we hope that you will also value our time as much as we value yours. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is because late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money. 

Up to 48 hours before

You can reschedule your appointment for free or have a full refund.

Up to 24 hours before

You can reschedule your appointment for free, but no refunds will be given.

Up to 12 hours before

No refunds will be given for the original treatment fee, but you can rebook the same treatment at half price.

Less than 12 hours before, or no show

No refunds will be given. Any rebooked appointment will be charged at full price and payment will be required at the time of booking.

Late arrivals

Life does happen and we like to be accommodating, so we’ll still do our best to complete your treatment if there’s time. However, if it isn’t possible to complete your treatment in what’s left of the allotted time, the full price will still apply.
